Delete from within the app
Account deletion is managed from your Axova merchant account. Sign in to Axova (Hub) → Settings → Security → "Delete account". You can also email us to request deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@axova.io from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request — Axova POS". We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What gets deleted
We permanently delete your personal profile data — including your name, contact details, staff account records, and account credentials — within 30 days of a confirmed request.
What we may retain
We may retain limited records where the law requires it — for example, transaction, invoice, and tax records — for the period mandated by applicable financial regulations. Retained records are kept secure and are not used to re-identify you for any other purpose.
